Do you use Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace? You can now use that to sign-in to LeavePro, so you don’t need to remember yet another password. Single Sign-On is compatible with any SAML based SSO.
Sick Leave Abuse Report
Sick leave abuse is a common, and costly, thing within companies. It is not always easy to know who is taking advantage of their sick leave which is why this feature can be handy. It helps to find potential sick leave abusers by looking for patterns of repeated one-day sick leave and sick leave taken next to weekends.
Manage Carried Forward Leave
Ideally, you want to be able to track and be able to forfeit leave easily, without any complications. This feature allows you to do so by delivering a report to you on which employees have leave to be forfeited. You will receive email notifications and be able to forfeit leave with a click of the button.
Birthday Notifications
Employees like to feel valued and know that they matter. Acknowledging a birthday is a simple but effective way of showing that they are important to your company. This feature provides you with a birthday notification days before an employee’s birthday to ensure that you don’t forget their special day. You can also view an employee birthdays calendar in the systen.
SMS Notifications
Not all employees have access to email all of the time which is why this feature is beneficial. Workers will receive an SMS notification when their leave is approved or cancelled.
Employee Reminders
The last thing you want is for annual leave to build up. This feature sends out reminders to your employees to take leave when their balance is too high.
Scheduled Reports
This feature streamlines the leave management process by allowing you to receive scheduled reports of employees’ leave balances, leave taken and leave carried forward straight to your inbox at month-end.
Company Logo
Your company logo is an important part of your business. It communicates professionalism, ownership, quality, and values, which is why it’s important to display it. This feature allows you to brand LeavePro by customizing the login screen with you company logo.
